At ITO EN, we strive to provide the highest quality tea and beverages; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed.
Contact Customer Support
Email our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unopened tea or beverage products in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Items
Send your package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
